The European Dental Research and Biomaterials Journal (Eur Dent Res Biomater J; EDRBJ) is a peer-reviewed, international, scientific journal published in accordance with independent, unbiased, and double-blinded peer-review principles.
The focus of EDRBJ is primarily on clinical and experimental research, clinical and technical advances in diagnosis, and treatment-related to oral cavity health and disease. In addition, biomaterials related to clinical and laboratory studies and biomaterial technologies are within the scope of EDRBJ.
It is an Open Access journal that permits authors to self-archive the final accepted version of the articles on any Open Archives Initiative (OAI)-compliant institutional/subject-based repository. The Editorial Board of EDRBJ consists of eminent investigators in the field of dentistry from across the globe and presents an ideal international composition. EDRBJ encourages submissions from all authors worldwide. Manuscripts are judged by experts solely based on their contribution of original data and ideas, and their presentation. All manuscripts must comply with the Author Instructions.
The following articles are considered for publication: Original Articles, Brief Reports, Reviews, Editorials, and Letters to the Editor. Submitted manuscripts must not have been published, accepted for publication, or be under consideration elsewhere. Investigation on human subjects should conform to the guidelines noted in the World Health Organization Chronicle 1976;30:360–362. All articles will be critically reviewed by the Editor and invited referees within 2 months of submission. EDRBJ is FREE of article publication charges (APCs). Authors are requested to submit their articles at www.manuscriptmanager.net/edrbj.
European Dental Research and Biomaterials Journal requires that authors follow the ICMJE (International Committee of Medical Journal Editors) recommendations for the Conduct, Reporting, Editing, and Publication of Scholarly work in Medical Journals.
